Before you book your appointment, please take a moment to carefully review our policies.

- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final price.
- For couples' treatments, a deposit is required for each treatment. No exceptions.
- All appointments must be booked through the Vagaro Booking App (you'll receive confirmation email)
Financing Options
- We offer Cherry Financing at low rates to help manage your payments.
Pre- and Post-Treatment Guidelines
Before Your Appointment
- Stay hydrated by drinking 3-4 liters of water daily
- Do not eat 2 hours before and 1 hour after your treatment
- Avoid alcohol consumption on the day of your treatment and for 48 hours after
After Your Appointment
For skin tightening or VelaShape treatments - avoid hot showers, jacuzzis, or saunas for 72 hours
(or longer if you have increased sensitivity).
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds if undergoing skin tightening treatments
- Maintain a balanced diet, rich in greens and fresh fruits
- Engage in brisk exercise for at least 20 minutes post-treatment to stimulate lymphatic movement
- You can resume work or normal activities immediately after your treatment

Eligibility for Treatment
Please refrain from booking if any of the following apply to you:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Heart problems, diseases, or pacemaker
- High blood pressure
- Cancer
- Kidney or liver damage, diseases, or problems
- Acute inflammatory processes
- Hemorrhagic disease, trauma, or bleeding
- Medical implants (plastic or metal)
- Abnormal immune system
- Numbness or insensitivity to heat
- During your menstrual period
**New Clients:**
A consultation will be conducted in the first 15 minutes of your appointment. Please review all forms at the time of booking.
Appointment Policies
- Late Policy: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arriving 15+ minutes late will result in appointment cancellation.
- Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are important to us. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- One free reschedule is allowed. Any additional rescheduling incurs a $50 fee.
- No-show clients: will be charged 100% of the booked session fee.
- Deposit Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment result in loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling.
- Packages: Packages expire 90 days from your first session.
If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours, your session will be marked as a no-show, and you have the option to either lose a session from your package or pay $50 to reinstate it.
Important note: 20% completion of a package is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds—no exceptions.
